Come visit College Park Student Apartments, off-campus housing with an on-campus location! We lease units by the bedroom and have several floorplan options. Our units include WIFI, electric and water. Our two bedroom units offer dorm style living but with a full size refrigerator and stove. Our four bedroom units have a full size kitchen and large a common living space. We also offer a new on-site laundry facility. Each building has a well lit parking lot for convenient parking for our residents and we have a walking trail to ASU West. We also offer a tenant portal access to pay rent, we take credit and debit cards, as well as make your maintenance requests online.

There is a one time pet fee of $300 and a monthly pet fee of $30.
